T minus 10 seconds to launch

When my friend Melissa and I get bored at work we have to get creative. We used to play Oregon Trail and kill off our co-workers as entertainment. Now we've moved on to full-on missile warfare.

The missile is actually controlled by a program on my laptop and was another one of my delightful www.woot.com purchases. Please ignore my messy desk.

So, what's the difference between and gun and a missile? Are these OK at your house? Just curious.

The difference between a gun and a missile is that one can be bought in a parking lot from an illegal dealer and the other would require some serious contacts in the underworld. Not to mention that something like 1 in 4 kids may accidentally shoot themselves but I've yet to hear about a kid accidentally killing himself by launching a missile.
