On Saturday Lincoln received notice of an overdue parking ticket. He opened it up and said "What the heck is this? That's not even my license plate number."
And then he checked the date of the violation: March 1, 1992.

They were able to track him down? I'm suddenly worried about my obscene amount of parking tickets that I owe.
