Tracy is trying to kill me

Tracy made me go walking with her around the high school track on Sunday (somehow I let that win out over sitting on the couch watching The Bachelorette). While we were walking I managed to tweak my knee in just the right way to maximize the pain. I blame Tracy (who made me go) and Jake (who was playing on the field while we walked and who was the one I was trying to turn around and check on when my knee went one way and the rest of me went the other way). I accept no responsibility of my own. ;-)
