In 1988 my friend Kelley and I spent hours trying to win tickets on the radio to see New Kids on the Block at the Iowa State Fair - completely ignoring the fact that we were 11 and 12 years old with absolutely no way to get from Decorah to the fair. I was heartbroken. 20 years later I finally have my opportunity!!! New Kids on the Block are touring again (with ALL the original members) and I can't wait. I'm now 30 years old, can drive a car, and plan on buying out the merch table of bedspreads, pillowcases, and t-shirts! j/k! (sort of).
