Capital One sucks

The credit card companies are getting craftier and craftier when it comes to getting people to open their junk mail. It used to be you could tell what was a credit card solicitation and just toss it in the shredder. Then they started putting in those realistic looking plastic cards that made the envelope too thick to go through the shredder (not to mention a lot of shredders can't take plastic cards). Now Capital One is sending the cards in envelopes with a very thin sheet of bubble wrap in it. Why, you ask, does a credit card ad consisting of only paper need bubble wrap? IT DOESN'T! But you absolutely have to open it because you can neither shred nor recycle bubble wrap!
