Me: Guess what I finished last night?
Hannah: The yearbook?
Me: Yep.
Hannah: Yay!!! (she lights up like it's Christmas morning)
Me: Guess what that means we get to do now at night when Mommy gets home from work?
Hannah: What? Sit on the couch and snuggle?
Me: Clean the house for Grandma's visit!!!!!
(Her face falls)
Hannah: I don't like to clean. Do you?
Me: Nope.
Hannah: Does anyone like to clean?
Me: Aunt Debbie does.
Hannah: That's just weird.
Me: Grandma does too.
(she just shakes her head and walks away)

It's not so much that we like to clean, it's that we like things clean and we like to be organized. Your house especially has so much potential because it's so big and has so much storage space. For someone like me, it's an organizer's dream.
TRANSLATION: Your house is a pit Diane but at least you let (read: beg) me to come out and visit every few months to clean and organize it.
