Off season packing is hard

I'm trying to pack our suitcases tonight for warmer weather. It's not going to be hot but it's definitely going to be warmer then it is here. The problem is that I don't know what fits on the kids anymore. They grow so damn fast and I haven't bought any summer clothes for them yet. And to top it all off almost all of Jake's long pants are fleece-lined for winter. He could get away with wearing pants this weekend but I think the fleece lining is too much. Ugh!
